Melted or Broken Candy

We're making candy in small batches so each piece of candy is made, inspected, & shipped by our crew. Sometimes in transit..things can happen as you can imagine. If your treats arrive melted or broken, email info@startupcandy.com and we’ll happily send a replacement or store credit!

Missing or Incorrect Items?

Double-check your order confirmation email, and if you received the wrong items let us know at info@startupcandy.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
